How often do the State of Florida update the property title.

My father did a revocation of a enhanced deed back on 10/2007.

But my name still shows on the title .

thanks

Hi texidory,

I guess your father did not notarize the deed and record it at the county recorder's office. If the revoked deed is not recorded at the county recorder's office the changes in it will not reflect and your name will still remain on the deed.

Thanks
