first we owner financed a home with land in florida. we also had aquit claim signed on it for refinancing purposes...the home is now up for sale does the warranty deed still stand?

i'm not quite sure what you're driving at mssj1223...if all of the above took place and was properly recorded, then the most recent transaction would have been the quit claim deed, which would take precedence.
