Hi
I live in the uk and own 3 weeks time share in florida and have been told to get this for each week how do i go about this do i use the florida quit claim deed form myself and sign with a legal person present to witness help

Hi deana,

As far as I can understand, you will have to use a Florida specific quit claim deed form in this regard. You'll have to fly down to Florida, get in touch with a local real estate attorney and get these legal issues resolved.
