Hello and welcome to the forum. If you're name is not on the note, then your credit won't be affected. If the lender forecloses, they won't care who's name is on the property. The property secures the note and they can still foreclose and take the property. If the other property is just under your name and the payments are being made, then I think you should be ok from any deficiency. I think you should consult with an attorney to make sure in your specific situation.
