I have a forclosure that happend in October of 2007. There were tow loans on the house they made us do it that way we could be 100% fianced. The second mortgage show open still. I have contacted country wide regarding this, they say that they both are forclosed on. It doesn't show that way on my file. I have tried to get another loan with 20% down and they tell me that I can't proceed. Is there any help for us? If so, where?

It's not been long since you've been in foreclosure. So, you won't get an approval for a new loan right now. By the way., do you have a piggyback or 80-20loan?
