i am not going to pay my mortgage this month. i will be going into foreclosure will they come after us for whats left after auction?if so can we go bankrupt on balance?

It's very doubtful they would go after you for the balance of a 1st mortgage and even if they do you would be able to declare bankruptcy on the balance. This assumes you can qualify for bankruptcy

Yea i doubt they will come after you, Worse case you can just file for bankruptcy.
