It is possible to convert Chapter 13 to chapter 7 bankruptcy. But when did you file chapter 13? I mean how long is it after you have filed bankruptcy? Just check out a previous discussion on whether one can convert Chapter 13 to Chapter 7 bankruptcy . Thanks
Guest 0.10 Dollars($)	Posted: Wed Jun 25, 2008 9:48 am    Post subject: .. the chapter 13 for some reason is easier to get a loan on after ontime payments. 2 years from the date it was filed a lender can do whats called a bail out. dont know if that would help wiegh your desicion or not but i wanted you to know that. if you go into a 7 you have to wait 2 years before you can refinance (from the discharge date)..... good luck John Murphy
