Now answer to your question can not be given precisely without knowing any of the details related to the market price of the property,your credit score,employment history etc..So in nutshell.... If you have a good credit score (700 +) most probably bank may include the closing cost in the mortgage amount.. Feel free to ask any further query if you have... You'll have to negotiate with your bank so that they are ready to pay the closing costs. Thanks
