Hi Guest,

Welcome to mortgage fit,

What I assume from your post is you wish to purchase a foreclosed property and you are asking about the closing cost.

Now answer to your question can not be given precisely without knowing any of the details related to the market price of the property, your credit score, employment history etc..So in nutshell....

If you have a good credit score (700 +) most probably bank may include the closing cost in the mortgage amount..

Feel free to ask any further query if you have...

Hi Guest,

It will be completely the bank's discretion as to whether or not they will be ready to pay the closing costs. You'll have to negotiate with your bank so that they are ready to pay the closing costs.

Thanks
