Hi reneelorraine!

Welcome to forums!

If your name is not on the property deed, then you would not be considered as an owner of the property. However, if community funds have been used for the improvement of the property, then you may claim some interest in the property. I would suggest you to speak to an attorney who is an expert in the community property laws of your state.
