i am not on the mortage but on the deed. the home is now in foreclosure how do i get my name removed ?

Welcome tburgandytc,

As your name is not on the mortgage docs, the foreclosure of the property will not affect you. However, if you want to remove your name from the property, you need to sign a quit claim deed. Once you sign the deed, you'll have to record the deed at the county recorder's office.
