I need to do a Deed in Lieu; I've tried to short sale and the offers were denied. I am out of time. What should I do next?
Which docs. should I send to the Lender?

Did you lender denied to accept the deed in lieu? How much do you owe to the lender? Have you think about filing chapter13 to avoid foreclosure?
