my home was foreclosed. the auction date was for 8-4-10. i just got a letter in the mail saying i had 5 days to vacate. will i be kicked out within the 5 days or will they give me enough time to move my stuff out the home?

Hi Huyen,

You will have to leave the property within 5 days. If you want some extra time to leave the property, then you'll have to request the lender regarding that. It'll be the lender's discretion whether or not he will give you some extra time.

If someone died , and they had someone live with them and not paying anything How long does it take to evict them and they were not the home owner?

Welcome to forums!

If the person is not the homeowner, then the original homeowner can send him/her an eviction notice and ask the person to move out of the property within a given period of time.
