If you have reastablished your credit since your foreclosure and have not been late on your existing credit in last 12 months then you can be eligible now.

tybailey,

As long as you have re-established your credit, just about any lender should be able to help you. You can search for a lender in your area by clicking on the Lender tab at the top or you can also request a mortgage quote by clicking the appropriate tab.

How about we give a shoot now! It will only take a few minutes of your time to find out if you're eligible for financing on your new home. If not, I will be able to tell you what you'll need to do in order to be able to obtain financing.

Are you ready?

If you are renting, it can be used to your advantage. Satisfactory payment can and likely will be used to prove your ability to pay. Two years is the usual seasoning, however, there are exceptions that can cause the seasoning to be as little as 18 months.

Your rate will be higher and you will probably need to put down a little more. I would guess that you would have to put at least 10% down payment.
