mANY THANKS FOR A PREV. QUESTION THAT YOU ANSWERED.
1. How long does it take for the deed in lieu process before we leave the house? (massachusetts)

2. In Mass, during a foreclosure, do you have a 90 right to cure the default on mortgage?

3. If yes, but cannot cure it, how long is the foreclosure process?

Hi tommyb,

A deed in lieu of foreclosure as well as the foreclosure process may take around 90 days to complete. As far as I know, Massachusetts offers 150 days time period to the borrower to cure the default on his/her mortgage.

Thanks
