I'm am trying to get a loan for a newer double wide mobile home on a rented lot. My home was foreclosed on in 2003 and my bankruptcy was discharged in 2006. My credit score is in the upper 600's. I was told I could not get a loan due to this. Is there any help out there? I am looking to borrow approx. 40K for 25 yrs.

As the property is located in the rented lot, in my opinion, you will not be able to get a mobile home loan for the property. You will have to try out for a personal property loan.
