What if you have a load with the wrong land title

We redone a loan and did not know the land was the wrong piece of land until years later. Now the are going to forclose on the land which land are they forcloseing on?

I think in this case you should contact with an attorney and enlist the right piece of land. You should also consult with your lender ASAP and try to avoid foreclosure.
