koandvo@yahoo.com Guest	Posted: Wed Jul 01, 2009 3:35 pm    Post subject: my nv forclosure affecting my husbands new home in ca I have a mobile home in Nevada that I am considering forclosure because the house needs work to be rentable and is not beeing lived in at the moment but I am paying on I am not working right now and am using all my child suport to pay for a house that I am not in so it is a financial burdin for me. My husband is not on that house in nevada we were not together when I got it, and just recently my husband bought a house in california that I am not on because of bad credit. My question is if I let the house go will it affect his house in california and will it be on his credit? _________________ Need help choosing the right loan? If it is right, then his credit is not going to be affected by the foreclosure on your mobile home. His credit should be safe, unless he co-signed on the loan on your mobile home.
