Like 0 Dislike 0 Two weeks ago bank informed us that the properties sell date is set for Jan 7th. How long do I have to move after house sells? Should I rent the first thing to come along now to secure my belongings? We live in California, if that makes a difference. Please help this non risk taker. Thanks, loadergirl

You should check the notice carefully in order to find out the time period within which you'll have to leave the property. The time period will be mentioned in the eviction notice. Thanks
