i signed the deed of trust on my home but not the morgage because i was a stay at home mom will i be responsible for anything while my house is in forclosure

Hi je_rivera,

Whether or not you are responsible for the mortgage depends on whether you had signed on the mortgage note. If you had signed on the mortgage note, you are liable to pay off the mortgage. Thus, if the house goes into foreclosure, your credit will be damaged. But it will not affect your credit scores, provided you did not sign on the mortgage promissory note.
