I have recieved notice that the house has been foreclosed. how do I handle shutting off utilities, canceling insurance and transfer
keys for house. I have vacated the premisses.

Hi,

Have you been paying the utility bills? If you have not been paying them since the time you vacated the property, the utilities company will shut off the utility services. As far as the insurance is concerned, you can get in touch with the insurance company regarding this. You will not have to transfer the keys. Since the property has already been foreclosed, I believe, the lock has been changed by the lender. Now, the lender is the owner of the property and they will take care of the property related issues.
