Hi hamzkhan!

Welcome to forums!

If you stop the payments, the lender will foreclose the property which will have a negative affect on your credit report of U.S. Moreover, you won't be able to buy a property immediately in U.S. for the next 3-4 years.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
