I am facing a foreclosure very soon an I would like to know if I can take my kitchen cabinets, appliances & light fixtures out of my home without any problems from my bank. Can they put a judgement on me if they have to replace anything like this in order to sell my home.

Hi thepieladi,

As far as I know, you would be able to take your personal belongings with you and this can include your kitchen cabinets, appliances, light fixtures, etc. I don't think the lender will take any actions against you for taking your personal property.

Thanks
