im looking to have myself quit claimed onto a family members property.....Can I be sued for repayment of mtg if it goes into foreclosure......

Hi tsquires,

If your name is not on the mortgage, then you won't be sued for the mortgage if the property goes into foreclosure. If you are liable for the mortgage, then the lender has the rights to sue you for the loan.
