i was never served a forclosure notice from the 1st lein holder and i was 1st in line to repurchase the home back, since then the listing agent has backdoored me and accepted an offer from another buyer. i need to know what i can do to stop this sales asaap!!! PLEASE ADVISE ME ASAP. THANKS,

Hi carguy,

I think you should speak to the first lender and negotiate with him. If you can pay off the mortgage dues, you can save the property from being foreclosed upon. Thus, you will have to negotiate with the lender and try to resolve the issue.
