| does a mortgage com[pany have to inform you that your house is up for sale before they sell it. I was not ifnformed the mortgage company was selling my home. I had not made payment in over 6 months but still wondering If by Law they have to inform me of forclosure? any information would be appreciated. Thank you |

| They have to notify you of the foreclosure not the sale. Once the foreclosure is complete, the home is theirs to sell. |

| They did not notify me of the foreclosure. I did not know it went into forclosure. |

| Were you living in the house at the time? Did they have your current address? I believe they have to have proof that they tried to notice you. Even if they could not, they must attempt 3 times, but I am not a Lawyer. If you feel your rights were violated, I would hire a lawyer. |
