You should get in touch with your lender and ask for mortgage relief options. He will be able to better assist you in this regard.

There are maybe two contacts:
1. Your existing lender to see if they can help
2. Depending upon which state you are in, some states have foreclosure help programs but you have to meet their creiteria, the programs are not just for anyone in foreclosure.

Contact your lender and ask him if there is any option to save your property during foreclosure.
