I am looking at buying Kitchen cabinets and appliances from a gentlemen who stated the band is foreclosing on his house. Can he legally sell the kitchen cabinets and appliances? If I buy them am I getting into some possible legal issue?

The kitchen cabinets and appliances will be considered as a personal property. In that case, the gentleman can sell them off. I don't think there would be any legal issues if you buy those appliances.
