mleon1 Joined: 14 Aug 2010 Posts: 1 1.00 Dollars($)	Posted: Sat Aug 14, 2010 10:22 pm    Post subject: Can I ask to stay in my apartment 3 months at court hearing Like 0 Dislike 0 I am in the state of Florida, my husband bought an apartment and I am on the lean, he left home and we are going to get divorced, the hearing for foreclosure is in one month and I will like to have a 3 month period to move that will give me time to find a place in my same area because my 18 year old son is starting college as a full time student. I live in Coral Springs, The apartments in my building went upside down we are a 26 condominium and 6 of the apartments are in foreclosure.
