Losing our newer home in foreclosure. Considering moving back to our old house (that has been used as a rental). Planning to swap out old stuff (cabinets and counters) for new stuff from the new house…is there any risk?

Hi akernrn,

You can take your personal items from the property which is being foreclosed by your lender. I don't think this would be considered as illegal by your lender.
