It is the lender who will take the final decision regarding foreclosure. You should contact your lender and check out why they are refusing to foreclose the property. You can even contact the lender and apply for a deed in lieu of foreclosure which will help you in getting rid of the property. Feel free to ask if you've further queries. Sussane
