cfollmer Guest 0.10 Dollars($)	Posted: Sun Sep 16, 2007 2:54 pm    Post subject: Geneva Roth I have a payday loan with this company I got it back in march of 2007 and they have been taking the $60.00 extention fee out of my checking account every two weeks senes then and I have not recived any thing from them in order to pay the loan off and every time I call the number I get a hold of someone and the ask me to hold then the hang up on my what can or should I do. _________________ Need help choosing the right loan? It is their usual practice of garnishing accounts of people. I know it is very hard to locate them as they continuously change their contact number and address. At first you should inform your bank about their activities and ask them to guard your account. If required, you can take the help of an attorney general who can help you to locate this company and take necessary legal action against them.
