getting call from geneva roth about some fraud that has taken place on my checking account in the past couple weeks and it all started on monday!

Who has committed fraud in your checking account? Is it Geneva Roth? What are they saying over the phone?

It may have been a outside person who has stolen my I.D, but the calls come from geneva roth and now today also from asg? resources the banks fraud department has not said a thing or sent me anything by mail.
I just dont want to be socked by this company! what can be done to stop this the BBB in Michigan says not to contact them or answer their calls and start a paper trail!

Hello Mrsteelhead,

I think you should consult an attorney immediately. If your I.D. is stolen and some other person is committing fraud in your checking account, that is a serious issue.

You should also inform the bank right now and see if they can give you some suggestions. Otherwise it is better to close the account.

Are you getting calls from ASG Financial?
