I am trying to get in touch with Geneva Roth. I did take out a $300 loan with them over a year ago. However, it should have been repaid by now and yet they still continue to deduct $90.00 each month from my checking account. Can you help me solve this problem?

Hello Conductor and Tom,

Geneva Roth has indulged themselves in all sorts of illegal activities. We can not let it happen for long. You can lodge a complain against Geneva Roth with either FTC, BBB or your local Attorney General's Office. They should get a lesson.
