Yes Geneva Roth is doing all sorts of illegal things and this has been discussed in this community for quit a few times. You should lodge a complaint to your local Attorney General's Office against them. You should teach them a lesson. Thanks, Larry

I think you should take legal steps against them. You may ask the bank to put an overdraft protection in your account and report a complaint against them with the BBB. They have been harassing people for a long time and steps should be taken to stop them.
