I have the geneva roth company calling me as of today due to some online fraud from my loss of my drivers license a month ago where someone has been taking out money in small amounts every friday $80 to $170 .What is the deal and can they take out money from my new checking account that the bank has issued me??

I think this is illegal. I have heard about such illegal actions of geneva roth before from our forum members and this has been discussed. You can talk to geneva roth and ask them to stop such illegal works. You should better file a complaint with FTC, State Attorney General Office. You can even sue against them in the court.

Is Geneva Roth taking out the money? Then why is it calling you?

If you could explain your question a little more.

If your new checking account no. is not with them, then they cannot pull out money from that.
