Need help with how to pay Geneva Roth.

They have been taking 60.00 out of my husbands account since July 07. They have never sent me a payoff letter or email. I have no number to contact them. Could someone please help. My husband is away on active duty and I have POA over his finances.

For now try doing a search above for Geneva Roth. This site has many many contact numbers to try and track these trolls down. Best of luck in your fight with them. You will find that there are several threads here where folks just like yourself were tricked in this manner.

Is Geneva Roth pulling out money from the account after the loan term is over?

Look at the loan documents and find the loan term. If it is already paid off, then Geneva Roth is doing illegal action.
