Geneva Roth Capital Inc. is a payday loan company licensed in Utah. The company operates under different names in different states, such as Geneva Roth Ventures Inc (KS), Geneva Roth Ventures II (MO), Geneva Roth Holding (CA) etc. Customers aren't quite happy with its services as they say Geneva Roth is a scammer. Community members and guests have complained saying that Geneva Roth Capital has been making regular withdrawals from their accounts even though it has nothing under their names. The company may ask for your banking information but it's advisable that you don’t give away such details until and unless you’re convinced that the company won’t mess up with it. In case Geneva Roth tries to access your bank account illegally, talk to the bank officials and find out what can be done in order to stop the former. There are so many complain against this company. So be aware of them. They have nothing under my name-phone number -social security #- They wanted my banking information and i wouldn't give to them. I am on my way to my bank. What do I do next??

It's hard to even call up and talk to them. I feel you have mistaken this community as Geneva Roth Cap but this is a mortgage community. Geneva Roth Cap is nothing but loan sharks. So better stay away from them.
