how do i contest a quit claim deed that was filed falsely?

So this is really a problem then, even thou I did not sign in front of a notary? The person who notarized it did so knowing that I did not sign anything in front of them. Doesn't that invalidate the quitclaim? No one signed as a witness. Isn't that required in Georgia for the deed to be valid? Thank you for your advice

If the quitclaim deed has been falsely recorded, then you can definitely dispute it. You should contact a real estate attorney and file a lawsuit. The attorney would let you know what steps you need to take.
