how do i contest a quit claim deed that was filed falsely?

Like 0 Dislike 0 So this is really a problem then, even thou I did not sign in front of a notary? The person who notarized it did so knowing that I did not sign anything in front of them. Doesn't that invalidate the quitclaim? No one signed as a witness. Isn't that required in Georgia for the deed to be valid? You should contact a real estate attorney and file a lawsuit. The attorney would let you know what steps you need to take. _________________ Good is the Enemy of Great.
