Both parents are deceased (in GA). Left the house to me in their wills. My sister does not receive any part of the house. I am also the executrix of both wills which have been probated. What deed needs to be done to have the house put into my name in Georgia? Thank you.

Welcome kcanderson,

As the wills are probated, you'll have to record it at the county clerk's office. This will help you in transferring the property in your name.
