ROFS on deeds

Friend has deed with another person, my friend name is listed twice and one name has "ROFS" on it and the other person is only listed once. Example: Jones, John ROFS, Jones, John and Smith, Robert. What does this mean? This deed is in the state of Ga.

I would suggest you to contact a real estate attorney and take his opinion in this matter. He will go through the deed and let you know the meaning clearly.
