Hi Cliff If I'm considering the route of a deed in lieu Do I have to continue making payments while its going thru the process? The home is in Georgia - BTW

Hi berncooper,

You will get a deed in lieu of foreclosure when you're delinquent on your mortgage payments for 2-3 months. Thus, you may not pay the mortgage dues once you're going through the process of deed in lieu of foreclosure.
