Is it true that even if you are a teacher your income must be quite low to qualify for the second mortgage in the Georgia Dream Homeownership Program? Also, can this program be used to purchase an Energy Star mobile home? _________________ Need help choosing the right loan? Get free consultation from community lenders/consultant |

Hi
The Georgia Dream Homeownership Program helps the people whose income is low. This is to help them, so that they can afford to buy their home with low interest rate. So, if your income is considerably low, you can definitely get the advantages of that scheme.
Yes, you can certainly use this program to purchase an Energy Star mobile home. You will get a loan of $7500.
Thanks,
Larry |
