Statute of limitations for a mortgage deficiency judgement in Georgia is 6 years.

As per (OCGA 9-3-23)

Quote:
A creditor has up to 10 years to enforce payment on an outstanding judgment. Even if the original debt for which the judgment was obtain has since expired, creditors still have 10 years from the date the judgment is entered.
