iluvbearsdls Guest	Posted: Sun Dec 28, 2008 7:14 am    Post subject: quit claim form for georgia hi.. i need a quit claim form for the state of georgia. purchased a home paid cash for all but $7000.00.had to have father co sign for it and when i paid it off the bank sent the information to the court and they put father on deed.their mistake but now i need to fix it. thanks _________________ Need help choosing the right loan? You can get a sample copy of the quitclaim deed form at http://www.albany.ga.us/law_library/documents/QUITCLAIM%20DEED.pdf . However, it is always better to draft the deed from an attorney.
