How to get quit claim deed from uncooperative estate executor?

Aunt died many years ago and willed 1 acre land to my father who has since died. My mother wants to get deed to land but executor giving her the run around. She has provided all needed names and addresses and also had the land surveyed. How can she get quit claim deed to property? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

As your father had died, your mother will not be able to get a quit claim deed in regards to the transfer of the property. She will have to file an affidavit of heirship at the county recorder's office and get the property transferred in her name. Feel free to ask if you've further queries. Sussane
