Three years ago I moved in with my sister and brother-in-lawto help take care of them. They have no children.
Two years ago I had their old house torn down and a new house built, to better take care of them.
At that time the property was put in my and my sisters names.
She has alzhiemers (early stages, but getting worse).
I do have full medical and financial p. o. a. on them both
I have been told that if they own no property other than an auto that I could possably get more assistance for them.
We live in Georgia
