my wife and I purchased a home together four years ago. Her credit was stronger so she is the primary and I am the secondary for the mortgage.

She wants some way to get her name off and transfer property solely to me. Is there a way that can be done? We live in Georgia.

you'd have to refinance the mortgage if she's trying to lose her obligation to pay.
