There can be state specific requirements in case of an Affidavit of Consideration and GT3 form. It would be better if you can have a word with a real estate attorney and take his opinion in this regard.

Hi Cyndi,

It is true that you cannot download forms for free from USLegal. You will not find the sample quit claim deed forms of all states available free of cost.

Thanks

Hi Bob!

Welcome to forums!

If the property is located in Florida, then the quit claim deed form should be notarized by a Florida based notary public and the deed should be recorded at the county recorder's office where the property is located.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

Hi Stephanie,

As far as I know, there are no special quit claim deed forms for timeshares. You can use a quit claim deed valid in your state in order to transfer the timeshare to someone else.

Thanks

Hi droberts!

Welcome to forums!

You can use a quitclaim deed in order to transfer the property to your mother-in-law. You will have to file it at the county recorder's office in Florida. You can contact a real estate attorney and he will draft the quitclaim deed for you.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
