we want to buy a mobile home in georiga since we will be moving there in the next few months. we would like to find a mobile home with some land.

You will have to contact the retailers who sell mobile homes in Georgia and check out if they can help you find a mobile home with some land. However, you should not buy mobile homes which were built prior to 1976 as it will be difficult for you to get a loan for that property.
