I have 3 yr ARM and my mortgage will adjust in 2 months. I'm trying to work with my bank, but they don't want to work with my loan, will go up about $700. Single parent , exelent credit score, just car pmt for another 8 months, no credit card debts after next month. Never late on pmts -ever. But my bank - American Servicing Center doesn;t want to give me better modification on my 1 st loan. What to do, who I need to talk if by April my bank doesn't give me better deal | ||||
